Ce ne sont pas des Bourgeois , ils sont chacun cal\u00e9s dans leur domaine. Isabelle, Olivier et Gaelle au bord du grand \u00e9tang d’Ixelles ( \u00e9tang XL) pr\u00e8s de Bruxelles.<\/p>\n

Ce groupe en bronze repr\u00e9sente six habitants de Calais (Eustache de Saint Pierre, Jacques et Pierre de Wissant, Jean de Fiennes, Andrieu d’Andres et Jean d’Aire), pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre sacrifi\u00e9s \u00e0 Edouard III en 1347, pour laisser la vie sauve \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des habitants de la ville sur le point d’\u00eatre conquise par les Anglais, durant le si\u00e8ge de Calais, pendant la Guerre de Cent Ans.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les 12 \u00e9ditions sont \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent expos\u00e9es \u00e0 Calais (France), Copenhague (Danemark), Mariemont (Belgique), Londres (Grande-Bretagne), Philadelphie (\u00c9tats-Unis), Paris (France), B\u00e2le (Suisse), Washington (\u00c9tats-Unis), Tokyo (Japon), Pasadena (\u00c9tats-Unis), New York (\u00c9tats-Unis) et S\u00e9oul (Cor\u00e9e du Sud).<\/p>\n
